Welcome to Villa Marbe 1, nestled in the laid-back gated community of Lomas del Sol, just a 5-minute drive from beautiful Marbella beach, the best surf spot in the zone, with views of palm trees and incredible sunsets.  Enjoy the fantastic Lomas Del Sol pool, a large pool with cabanas for shade, lounge chairs, showers, and bathrooms.  

Relax in the hammock in your own private balcony, while enjoying the sunset or listening to the ocean sounds.

Casa Marbe consist of 2 independent Villas next to each other. You are looking at Marbe 1 Villa. 
This Villa accommodates 2 guests in a queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 guest on a sofa bed in the living room.

1 Bedroom: A/C, TV, Queen size bed, fresh linens.

2 full baths with toilets and showers, shower gel, shampoo,  and hand soap.

Living room has a full size sofa bed and tv . Two fans and A/C to keep the space cool and pleasant, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere in the kitchen and living room areas.

Fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Including a stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, full-size refrigerator with freezer, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. (salt,pepper and cooking oil provided)

If you want to explore the area, we are located just 5 minutes away from the world-class surf spot in Marbella beach, 15 mins from the white-sand beach of San Juanillo, known for its beauty and fishing.   We are 30 minutes from the famous Ostional Turtle Refuge and 40 minutes to one-hour away from other famous beaches and surf spots like Nosara, Playa Negra, Tamarindo, and Avellanas.

Our property offers a tranquil setting where you can often enjoy birth activity right from your doorstep. We recommend bringing your binoculars and  field guide.

We are two-hour drive from Liberia airport and 5 hours from San Jose.  The last 18 km of road will take you on an authentic rural adventure of unpaved roads so we highly recommend a 4X4/4WD, especially during rainy season (May-Nov).

 Marbella is a small community with a relaxing , Pura Vida life style. There are 2 small markets that are fully stock and a few restaurants or "sodas".
